The Olympia Arts & Wellness Building was opened by Ken & Josie Johnson in March 2026. Formerly the home of various state agencies, the 24,000 square foot building was transformed into a beautiful home for 17 unique arts and wellness professionals and organizations. The Building is close to I5 and the downtown core, includes a covered 55-car parking lot, and also has a large conference room for rent.
